Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Alpha Flux Limited ("we", "us") handles refunds and cancellations for FlowState Pro subscriptions.

Overview

FlowState Pro operates on a subscription basis with monthly billing. You can cancel your subscription at any time. We do not provide refunds for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for future renewals after cancellation.

Trial Period

If you signed up with a trial period, you can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. To avoid being billed, cancel before the trial ends.

If you forget to cancel and are charged at the end of the trial, contact us within 7 days at billing@traderstackhq.com and we will, at our discretion, consider a refund for the unintended subscription.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Service until that date. No further charges will be made.

Service Outages

If the Service experiences a technical failure resulting in inability to access the Service for more than 24 consecutive hours within a billing period, we may, at our discretion, provide credit toward future periods or a partial refund.

Billing Errors

If you have been charged in error (e.g., charged after cancellation, charged at the wrong price, duplicate charge), contact us at billing@traderstackhq.com within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct any genuine error.

Goodwill Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, offer goodwill refunds for circumstances we deem appropriate. Such refunds are not a guarantee and are decided on a case-by-case basis.

Consumer Rights (UK and EU)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have statutory rights that may apply in addition to this policy.

UK Distance Selling

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers have a 14-day right to cancel certain contracts. However, this right does not apply to digital content or services that have been fully performed at your request before the cancellation period ends.

EU consumer protection law may provide additional rights that cannot be waived. Nothing in this policy is intended to override such mandatory rights.

Founder Pricing and Refunds

If you cancel a founder-rate subscription, you forfeit founder pricing in line with our Terms of Service. The same refund rules apply (no refund for the current billing period, no further charges after cancellation).

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your account email and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund
  3. We will respond within 5 business days

Refunds, where granted, are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5-10 business days).

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (chargeback) instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved more quickly through direct communication.
