FlowState Pro is a software-as-a-service platform providing market data analysis, statistical regime classification, historical pattern visualisation, and session bias analysis for futures markets. The Service is an analytical tool.

The Service does not provide:

• Investment advice or recommendations
• Personalised financial guidance
• Trading signals or instructions
• Predictions of future market performance
• Portfolio management services
• Brokerage or trade execution services

Alpha Flux Limited is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial advisor, or commodity trading advisor in any jurisdiction. All trading decisions are made solely by the user.
